Cupro-Nickel 90/10 (Cu Ni Fe1 Mn)
Cupro-Nickel 90/10 is a specific alloy.
It's main property is an excellent resistance to all forms of marine corrosion and erosion (salt water), brine and salt fog), good resistance in an ammoniac environment and good resistance in the prescence of crude oil in vaporous phase.
Used mainly in naval construction and repair, in ofshore platform construction and desalination plants as well as in various civil engineering and maritime applications especially for circuits conveying sea water.
Gold plating (24 carat gold)
- Brilliant golden finish, 1µ layer thickness - Easy integration in a luxury environment
- Easy to clean
- No chipping on impact
- Superimposing of 3 metallic layers in fusion (Cu; Ni; Or)
- Anti corrosion limited over time
Chrome-plating
- Brilliant shine with white reflection
- Highly attractive
- Easy to clean
- Increase in superficial hardness
- No chipping on impact
- Superposition of 3 metallic layers in fusion (Cu; Ni; Cr)
- Anti corrosion limited over time
- Good resistance to salt fog > up to 200 hours, in accordance with NF EN 12540 standards
Nickel plating
- Brilliant shine with yellow reflection, dulling over time
- Very attractive finish
- Easy to clean
- No chipping on impact
- Superposition of 2 metallic layers in fusion (Cu; Ni)
- Anti corrosion limited over time
- Good resistance to salt fog up to 96 hours, in accordance with NF EN 12540 standards
PTFE Teflon plating
- improved anticorrosion coating
- non-adherent properties (impureties)
- Dry lubricant (facilitates slippage and dismantling)

To find out more about their characteristics:
See the technical data sheets available (download) from each product description, containing:
- A photo and diagram of the product (dimensions)
- Projection zones (drawings and tables)
- Flow rate/pressure curves for different nozzles
The standard sprayers are male threaded type: 3/4 '' NPT
The light sprayers are male threaded type: 1/2 '' NPT
Apparatus protection - Isolated risks
Conical head
12 slits (normal spray)
24 slits (fine spray)
Building protection - Storage reservoir
Hemispheric head
12 slit jet (normal spray)
24 slits (fine spray)
By placing the sprayer vertically under ceilings, this has the advantage of protecting the ceiling, the building walls, as well as the surrounding atmosphere. For improved coverage, we advise you to place the sprayers at intervals of 2.3 to 2.8 metres, in order to ensure optimal protection even in the event of a sudden drop in pressure supplied to the installation.
Water curtain
Screen head
By placing this sprayer horizontally, it protects a zone of 6 to 10 metres wide and 2 to 4 metres high, depending on the pressure supplied and the sprayer nozzle.
It can be installed in series (single water curtain) or in staggered rows (double water curtain).
For optimal distribution of the water we recommend placing the sprayers as follows:
- outdoors: at an interval of 2.5 to 3 metres in staggered rows
- against a wall: at an interval of 3 to 4 metres.
