The long term relationships we have built up with our suppliers over the years now enable us to respond to supply and demand with accuracy and professionalism. We take all aspects of the service into account: control (dimensions, precision, complexity, type of series, etc…) as well as knowledge of the materials involved.

You will receive a "receipt" within 24 hours for each order placed.
This document summarises each aspect of your order (your references, manufacturing order n° / customer payment etc...)

When your order is ready to dispatch, we will send our "dispatch note" by fax. This document tells you the contents of the dispatch, the name of the transporter, the receipt n°, the weight and the type of package.

The information is also summarised on our "delivery slip". Strict archiving of all orders means that we are able to give you immediate details of all of your previous site activity and orders, speeding up repeat orders in the future.

Where necessary, we can advise you and put all of our machining skills machining at your disposal should you need to carry out a study into the value of your products.

All our manufactured products are subject to visual and sizing controls before dispatch. We take particular care with our packaging, our parts are protected against impacts and corrosion.

We can also provide documents such as material certificates, product inspection certificates, quality control reports, compliance certificates, on request at the time of ordering.
